Dimension is a business heavily weighted on technology, that is interested in
making your virtual gaming experiences come to life, or in other words, equally satisfying as
OVER 9,000! Our company is intended for individuals of all ages, for special modifications
have been applied for personal preference. As a thriving company, we, The 4
th
Dimension, aim
to gain supporters as well as sponsors to assist in our organization. In doing so, we will prosper
and develop into the limitless innovational minds that will improve our company. Speaking of,
our management team consists of four players; Durga Shivmangal, Aisha Karriem, Joseph
Carbonell, and Elijah James.
Company Summary
Our organization was founded and developed in New York City. This was the location
chosen because many see The Big Apple to be the best place for people with aspiring careers.
And whats more encouraging than all the competition that surrounds you? The company thrives
with little growing concern about the minute debts needed to be paid on the lease for our
storefront space. That debt is currently being paid as our business grows and consumers relish in
the genius of our products. As we aim to please almost all of our targets, we believe that our
company is not only capable, but more than prepared to take on such a task. As a well
distinguished technology business, with many references from big time companies, we only
select highly trained personnel to ensure the satisfaction of our customers, as well as the growth
of our business. Living in the 21
st
century, our world is ready for technological advance, and The

Dimension introduces that to those whom lack it.
Products and Services
The 4
th
Dimensions primary business has been the sale and service of advanced
technology, our main product being a type of nerve gear that can transport you into the world
of gaming. Emerging from the technology business, we will build to transform our business into
one that is more convenient for us, as well as its customers. Opposed to other manufacturers, we
will approach the marketplace from a total systems solution viewpoint. Not only is our company
reliable, but we can get the job whenever, wherever. Not only do our products consist of the
nerve gear, but, for people who dont want to get into technology all that much, we have simpler
things, ranging from gaming systems to actual games. But how is this beneficial to the consumer,
besides the fact that it involves technology? Well, gaming is actually very beneficial to almost
anyone. It is proven that gaming improves creativity, decision-making and perception. It
improves hand eye coordination and just assists in personal development as a whole!


Market Analysis
Our target market is located all throughout America. In our clients, we look for
individuals who appreciate the art of gaming and technology, as well as ones who are willing to
experience it up close and personal and share it with others. We would like to provide our clients
with opportunities to even use our technology for other purposes! We hope that it will persuade
consumers to buy and use our technology for something big. As for the competitors that surround
our company, they dont pose a threat. The 4

Dimension has a technology all its own; a
technology that is new to the generation and will be memorable in all its years to come. And
fortunately, our competitors that dot the landscape are not as focused on technology or systems
as a component of change, whereas we view technological advance the future. First, it starts out
as a simple gaming simulation. But who knows where itll take us? Statistics show that even
though almost anyone of all ages play videogames, 91% of children play videogames. And since
our company has started out with three chains along the coasts and in central United States, we
hope to attract those children. As for price, initially our product will have to cost more than it
will in the long run; just about a year until our finances are handled.
Strategy
Since were working on a technology business, what better way to spread the word than
with technology itself? Were taking to all of the social media sites; business blogs, Facebook,
Instagram, twitter, etc. We even have our personal ads in for whomever enjoys a good cup of tea
with The New York Times. We will also see to it that several video billboards will be put up
around America, showcasing the magnificence of our product. Speaking of, our chains of
companies all around America happens to convenient for whoever wishes to invest in
technology, which is an advertising strategy all in itself. As for how were going to raise money
to produce all of this, we estimated the total cost around $677,000. In order to raise this money,
we have help auction of many sorts. This not only raised us money, but got the names of our
finest products out as well. The auction are usually meant for high end technology investors, so
its usual sum amounts to about $700,000. There are also bank loans, but The 4
th
Dimension
prefers hold the company up on their own.
Management Summary
Besides having the ideal product for consumers everywhere, but our management team
has just the same effect. Chosen from the best of the best, we have Joseph Carbonell, Aisha
Karriem, Elijah James, and Durga Shivmangal. Not only have they graduated from the same high
school with the highest rankings in their field, but they have known each other for quite a while.
Why do I mention this, you ask? Well, familiarity and being comfortable in your surroundings,
as well as the people youre working with, makes for even better management skills, and smooth
running down the line. As a matter of fact, the nerve gear we present to you today was thought
up and created by all four of these Einsteins during their time at college. Joseph Carbonell,
President and general manager of the company, started as our NYC branch manager and became
president six months later. Bill has attended numerous management and sales training courses
and seminars throughout his career. He oversees all operations within the company, with primary
responsibilities for sales and marketing. Aisha and Elijah, as system managers, oversees all
service issues including service agreements, service call prioritization and response, carry-in
service, customer support, and systems training and development. And Durga, as
Secretary/Treasurer and Administrative Manager, oversees all administrative functions including
inventory, A/P and A/R, banking, HR, and vendor and manufacturer relations. In our New York
branch, as well as our other buildings across America, we have several other workers. For our
sales and marketing personnel, the annual pay totals around $38,540. For general and
administrative personnel, their total amounts to about $57,500 a year. As for other personnel,
their annual pay ranges from about $28,000 to $49,000. On account of how many workers we
have in all of our companies, our total payroll would amount to $604,000.
Financial Plan
As you hear of our debt on the lease, and how much we pay our workers, you must be
wondering; how are we going to pay all of this off? Well, that answer is quite simple. With our
strategic financial plan, debts and expenses are practically a thing of the past. The financial plan
depends on important assumptions, most of which are shown in Table 7.1. As
mentioned previously, we assumed interest and tax rates based on a "worst case" scenario, and
these will be adjusted once we calculate how much our businesses will really need. But by doing
this, we can ensure the best satisfaction for our employees and our business.

So with tax and interest in mind, we can plan out the rest of our expenses. Our rent is
approximately $72,000 yearly, our loan was about $100,000 to actually start our business,
utilities are about $9,000, and our payroll taxes would be about $180,000. And though amounts
seem abundant, with our gross margin, expenses like that will be paid off in no time.

Looking at our gross margin and the rate at which we assume will be the least amount of people
spending money on our products, I believe we will have enough revenue to not only cover costs
in our industry, but use it to improve our business even more! After all, technology has become a
big thing in our society; the thing of the future. So whos to say our business isnt looking up?
Because it definitely is!
