JB3 Management, LLC the undersigned, being the owner of 50% of the beneficial interest in a Land Trust created pursuant to a Trust Agreement dated 19 November, 2013 and known as The 182 RANDALL DRIVE LAND TRUST which names Ashley Venters as the Trustee, hereby assign, transfer, and convey 100% of my/our interest of the beneficial interest in said Land Trust over and unto Goldiggers, LLC, and hereafter, subject Land Trust and shall be entitled to all of the rights of the beneficial owner and shall be required to perform all of the duties and meet all of the obligations of the beneficial owner of said Land Trust.

TRUSTEES ACKNOWLEDGEMENT
The undersigned, being the authorized Trustee hereby acknowledges the transfer of beneficial interest under the Land Trust known as the 182 RANDALL DRIVE LAND TRUST as reflected above, and acknowledges that effective immediately, Goldiggers, LLC will be recognized as the owner of 100% of the beneficial interest in said Land Trust.
