Plan of Action for Jae Hee Kim: March 25, 2014

These are the requirements in order to pass this class. Jae Hee Kim must meet every requirement
or she will not pass this class.

Requirement 1: Complete a total of 45 contact hours or 110 independent hours, or a combination
of both documented through the ED 450 timesheet. Evidence of time spent will be demonstrated
by the assignments completed.
Requirement 2: All work will be turned in on the due date listed below by 9 am. No work will be
accepted late. Any assignment that is not turned in on time will receive a 0% grade.
Requirement 3: Attend every scheduled group meeting session for at least 1 hour.
Requirement 4: Score at least a C on all assignments & exams.
Requirement 5: Complete and turn in on time: time-sheet, portfolio, Common Core test,
assessment related to Special Education report, web resource part I & II, 2 teachback and key
terms.

Requirement 6: Research and write a 5 page essay on professionalism, including the components
such as: time management, meeting deadlines, and professional communications. Use the articles
and websites listed below. Make sure all sources have proper citation and references.

Assignment List:

1) Portfolio: Collect and keep all information for this course in a binder (or you can do an e-
portfolio) You must include: 1) all handouts and information provided, 2) all graded
assignments, 3) you completed time sheet, etc.

2) Common Core Pick one specific standard from the Common Core and write a 10
question multiple choice test to assess the information. http://www.corestandards.org/

3) Web Resources (Part 1) Find up to 20 websites that are related to assessment and write
a one paragraph describing the website and how it relates to assessment. These sites are
descriptive and informative about assessment in general.

4) Web Resources (Part 2) Find up to 20 websites that have sample worksheet tests to
create a collection of resources.

5) Key Terms Go through the books, select 20 terms related to Assessment, then write a
few sentences to explain the meaning of the terms. (for example: reliability, validity,
standard deviation, statistics, etc.)

6) Teach-back Chapter 9 from Popham, W., (2011). Classroom assessment: What
