1 Bag vertical stitching to be 45 degrees towards door side as this area should not be in air flow side.

2 Bag tensioning pressure should be 2 bar less than recommended to avoid damage at ring area
3 Same height to be maintained for all bags collapsible ring area
4 For bag pre coating, open inlet damper and out let damper 25% only and wit for DP to rise 70 to 80mmwc.
5 For 0.45 ACFM Air to Cloth ratio DP should not rise more than 70 mmwc.
6 Total replacement of bags is better than partial changing. And old bags can be put in one separate module.
7 Spring height should be 127 mm without tension and 102 to 105 mm with tension.
8 Pre coating powder is 25 kg per 1000 sq.feet filtration area.
9 Fresh air duct joining should be 30 degree angle facing down wards.
10 Measure O2 % at inlet and outlet of RABH to check any leakages.
11
Check module DP against RABH DP. Module DP should be 20 to 30 mmwc less than RABH DP as RABH DP is having
mechanical duct resistance.
12 Check CFD test for checking the gas distribution.
13 DP mode to be maintained 110 mmwc (min) and 140 mmwc (max).
14 There should be 20mmwc difference after each module cleaning and 30 mmwc difference after RABH cleaning.
15 Reverse air intake duct should be from the outlet of the Bag house fan duct for stable operation of RABH.
16 Double patty to be stritched at bag ring area for more strength.
17 Ring dia of the bag to be reduced 5 mm than existing to avoid stretch on bag.
18
Neophilia rubber sealing to be fixed to avoid metal to metal contact for PDO and PDR dampers to avoid leakage. And proper
guide to provide for damper while operating to avoid moving sides.
Important points on RABH as discussed with Mr.Satpute, VP technical IFF. On 28-04-2014
