-: How to Share the workbook :-

First open the workbook from the database (while opening the workbook system will ask
from where to be opened the workbook)

workbook name : Internal Fleets Zero Cost Details Report

Then go to
File  Manage Workbook  Sharing
First select the Workbook (i. e. Internal Fleets Zero Cost Details Report)
Then select the following Responsibilities from LHS and add to RHS

1) Rehire Super User UL

2) EAM Plant Super User UL
3) EAM Calibration Controller UL
4) EAM Maintenance Foremen UL

Press OK , after adding the Responsibility …..& ……..SAVE it….
