More Laborers at UNC

Since the fall of 2012, Brett and I
have been ministering at UNC
with one other staff woman
since our director and his family
left staff with Cru. While this sea-
son has presented some chal-
lenges, we have seen Gods
blessing and seen Him at work in
students lives. We have seen
them lead by taking on more
responsibilities, and they have
adapted well. Although we
have seen students take great
steps of faith, we know that to
truly reach the campus we need
more laborers. Laborers have
finally come! Just this month,
Megan completed raising her
support, and has joined our
team! It has been a blessing to
get to know her, have her stay
with our family, and see her get
involved in students lives. In a
couple months another staff
family will be joining us as well.
Josh and Juliette Baker are par-
ents to 2 girls and have been on
staff at Michigan State. They are
moving to Greeley this summer.
We are excited to have more
help as we continue to serve the
Lord and reach students at UNC
with the Gospel! Please keep our

team in your prayers as we plan
for the fall.

As Holy Week approached, Luke
was thinking
more and
more about
inviting
friends to
church. One
afternoon
while play-
ing in the backyard, he asked
the girl next door to church and
lunch on Easter. He told us about
it later. I (Darci) contacted her
parents to invite them as well,
and they let me know they had
other plans but would stop by
sometime. Much to our surprise,
they came to our church on
Sunday, came over to our house
for lunch, and attended the egg
hunt for our church that was also
in the neighborhood! Its hard to
resist an invitation from a 4 year
old. We are so proud of Luke for
loving and reaching out to his
friend and neighbor.

Prayer Requests
- Pray for the transition of staff new to
Greeley and to our team. Praise God for
leading them to UNC!
- Pray for our neighbors and that the Lord
would win their hearts. We are so thankful
our family got to enjoy such a meaningful
day with them!
- Pray that the Lord is preparing our hearts
for our summer in South Africa, and pre-
paring the hearts of those we will meet.
