Carmencita M. Abaquin The current chair of the PRC Board of Nursing. Dr. Abaquin is an expert in Medical-Surgical Nursing and Oncology Nursing. She developed the PREPARE ME theory that defines the holistic approach to nursing care for cancer patients. She finished her Doctor of Philosophy in Nursing at the University of the Philippines College of Nursing. Concentration: Medical Surgical Nursing Oncologic Nursing Carmelita C. Divinagracia, EdD was the former president of the Association of Deans of Philippine Colleges of Nursing (ADPCN) and the dean of UERMMMC College of Nursing. She is also a member of CHEDs Technical Committee on Nursing Education. On 2008, Dean Divinagracia received the Anastacia Giron Tupas Award. Concentration: Nursing Education/Research Gloria B. Arcos, PhD, RN is the Director of Nursing Service, Bicol Regional Training and Teaching Hospital. Dr. Arcos is also a recipient of the 2001 Anastacia Giron Tupas Award given by the Philippine Nurses Association. Concentration: Nursing Service/Management Perla G. Po is one of the two remaining members of the previous BON and was formerly affiliated with University of the Philippine College of Nursing.
Carfredda Dumlao, PhD, RN is the Treasurer of Philippine National e-Learning Association, Inc. and serves the Armed Forces of the Philippines as a proud military nurse. Concentration: Telehealth Nursing Dr. Glenda S. Arquiza served as dean of Far Eastern University (FEU) Institute of Nursing for 2009 to 2011. CAWAON She was a former PRC Board Examiner and former dean of Baguio Central University College of Nursing and Benguet State University.
