lent to approximately 70 percent of the full ac- 2 tuarial value of the benefits provided under the 3 reference benefits package described in sub- 4 paragraph (B). 5 (B) REFERENCE BENEFITS PACKAGE DE- 6 SCRIBED.The reference benefits package de- 7 scribed in this subparagraph is the essential 8 benefits package if there were no cost-sharing 9 imposed. 10 SEC. 123.
