during his installation as Provincial Director, Sarangani PPO.

A pleasant afternoon to all of you!
Foremost, this afternoon, mixed emotions engulfed
my very being, that I find it hard to put all of such into
words.
At this moment, I am overwhelmed with the feelings
of intense gratefulness to the people who have
entrusted this post unto me, and let me mention some of
them, our Regional Director PCSUPT LESTER
OROPESA CAMBA, the rest of the command groups
and members of the directorial staff.
Likewise, to the Local Government of Sarangani
headed by Hon. Steve Chiongbian Solon, to the Vice-
Governor of this province, Hon. Jinkee Pacquiao, to the
personnel of this headquarters and its community, thank
you very much.
Serving the personnel and the people of Sarangani
as Provincial Director of Sarangani Provincial Police
Office humbled me most. It is really a great honor and
opportunity for me as a public servant to be at the
disposal and of help to the Sarangans.
This afternoon, I am not into making promises,
rather, I would like to guarantee that the Sarangani
Police Force we will try its very best to improve the
security and the peace and order of the province by
installing security measures in accordance to the PNP
Patrol Plan 2030.
We will strengthen the security on streets and our
major thoroughfares and we will be looking also working
on better security for Sarangani bays from the entry and
exit of lawless elements. This is in accordance to the
current thrusts of the PNP, the Police Integrated Patrol
System.
We will beef up the strength of our municipal police
stations and even of our Public Safety Company so as
to enhance our security especially our campaign against
Insurgency.
Security for our Local Chief Executives will be
ensured and instilled so as the previous incidents of
assassinations of the local chief executives to ensure
that no repetition of such will happen.


As the former Chief of the Investigation and
Detective Management of the PRO 12, I will ensure that
our investigators on field as well as the rest of SPPO
personnel will have the special training intended for
investigation, because I believe that all the others tasks
of Police Work are anchored on investigation.
As I have said, I am not making promises today,
thus, as the newly seated Provincial Director of this
province, I am determined to work things out step by
step, little by little easing our way up to greater heights
and better days for the Sarangans.
To the personnel of Sarangani PPO, I may be your
Provincial Director and your direct commander however,
you came to and lived in this place more than I have;
you are the one who knows Sarangani and Sarangans
by heart, thus, your cooperation is highly valuable for us
to become an effective, credible and efficient police
force.


Further, I am confident that with the support of the
Local Government of Sarangani, blessing from our
Regional Director and members of the command group,
and with the trust and confidence bestowed by the
community upon its police force we will be able to hurdle
all the obstacles and challenges that may come our way.
Thus, I pray, that may God Bless Us All!
Once again, Good Afternoon and thank you for
gracing this event with your presence!
