    Arbitrateprivacydisputes
    PromotepublicawarenessandunderstandingofPrivacyissues

    TheDACcommitteefeelsthatsuchafunctionshouldnotbeafinancialburdenonthecitynor

    onceamonthtoperformthePrivacyOfficerFunction.

    ThecitymustimplementacitywidePrivacyPolicyFrameworkthatcoversallaspectsofthe
    citysuseofPersonallyIdentifiableInformation(PII)

    ThePrivacypolicyframeworkshouldbemadebythePrivacyOfficerFunction.Initialareatobe
    coveredbythenewPrivacyPolicyframeworkareallthesystemssharingdataandinformation
    withtheDAC(bothinputandoutput)includingbutnotlimitedto:
    CityGIS
    PortSecurityCameras
    PortGIS
    PortVesselTracking
    IntrusionDetectionSystem(IDS)System
    PortTruckManagement
    PoliceandFireCAD(ComputerAidedDispatch)
    WebEOCNotifications
    PoliceandFireVehicleLocation
