SUBJECT: Release for Construction Steelhead Haven Landslide Mitigation RR49022


Steelhead Haven Landslide Mitigation, RR49022, has received all Federal, State and Local permits and
is authorized for construction.

Work at the Chatham Acres site below Ordinary High Water is subject to the fish window listed in the
Hydraulic Project Approval (HPA), July 15 through August 15.

Work at the Steelhead Haven Site, roadway removal, is not subject to the fish window and may be held
until the fall to complete. Adrienne Hulbert, Right of Way Specialist, is contacting the landowners to
obtain Temporary Construction Permits. Once I have those, I will forward them to you.

Please contact the landowners prior to construction to arrange for movement of vehicles and access to
the work site.
