As we all know, Chinese women like Qipao
very much. They prefer to wear qipao especially
during Spring Festival and wedding parties. Qipao is
very popular because it can display women's S-line
and charm. Qipao is in different colors while red is
the most common. Have you ever found that
waitresses in some restaurants always wear red
Qipao? Maggie Cheung displayed 23 different
pieces of Qipao in the movie "The Mood for Love". If
you feel interested, just see this eye-opening movie.

Hanfu, with a history of more than one thousand of
years, is the clothes which people of Han ethnic group
wore before Qing Dynasty. Hanfu is most characterized
because ties were used instead of fasteners. Another
characteristic is that people have to wear accessories
when wearing Hanfu. Men wear caps while women wear
headgears. Different from Tangzhuang and Qipao, Hanfu
is no longer worn now.
