This is a list of resources that are important to be aware of, and know how to access,
particularly in terms of eligibility determination and the state of Maine.

This is a link to the Maine Unified Special Education Regulation (MUSER) Birth
to Age Twenty, a.k.a. Chapter 101; this version was finalized on July 19, 2013.
For the purposes of my discussion, specifically Section VII. Eligibility Criteria and
Procedures for Determination, pages 71-89.

This is the Maine Department of Educations Guidance Document for the Early
Intervention Process, published in 2007. The most applicable information in
