Agnieszka Tałasiewicz is a graduate of the School of Law of the Jagiellonian University and a 
licensed tax advisor (since 1998). Agnieszka is also an alumnus of the Advanced Management 
Program at IESE University in Barcelona where in 2009 she completed a senior executive program.
Agnieszka is the Partner responsible for Grants and Incentives Advisory Services. She is also the
Head of Tax Litigation and Regulatory Advisory Services Team in the Tax Services Division. She
started her career in the tax consulting business in 1995.
Supervised by Agnieszka, the GIA Team offers advisory services for companies applying for public
aid. Ernst & Young assists clients with: cash grants for new investments, CIT exemptions in Special
Economic Zones, real estate tax exemptions, aid for R&D projects and training grants.
As the Head of the Litigation Team, Agnieszka is responsible for all advisory projects covering
comprehensive assistance in disputes with tax authorities: from representing taxpayers during tax
inspections through developing inspection strategy to representing clients before administrative 
courts and the Constitutional Tribunal.
Agnieszka has authored numerous articles in quality dailies like Rzeczpospolita, Gazeta Prawna, 
Puls Biznesu and in leading periodicals like Harvard Business Review, Monitor Podatkowy, 
Przegląd Podatkowy, Glosa, Fiskus, Przegląd Orzecznictwa Podatkowego. She is also a frequent 
speaker at conferences and seminars.
