Standard size is specifically defined in the size chart listed next to each of our product listings. Since each style may vary from product to product, it is important to pay close attention to the size chart given next to each of our listings. Custom size is defined as a custom produced gown; made to the client(s) or consumer(s) instructions and or specifications. A rental is defined as a payment made by the lessee to Obtainable Elegance, LLC for the temporary use of its gown(s) for a specified agreed amount of time. A purchase has been defined as a payment made by the consumer to Obtainable Elegance, LLC in exchange for a product.

All images of our product listings may be slightly different in color, texture, or design. Our gowns are all replicas. We do not guarantee that our gowns will look exactly identical to the listing images we used on our website. We reserve the right to substitute fabrics, decorative embellishments/dcor for items of similar quality and or of similar appearance. The final product will look similar but may not be identical to the images listed.
The images or clipart we use are royalty-free, copyright-free images from various designers and sellers offering similar products. We make no claim to the ownership nor take credit for the creation of such images.
SHIPPING TIMES AND FEES
Please note our processing and shipping times for all purchases and rentals BEFORE placing your order. Since the majority of our products are carefully and meticulously custom made to order, youll need to place your order at least 30 days prior, to when youll need your item(s) to arrive to you by. We recommend 45 days prior.
For rentals, you will receive your items pursuant to the terms outlined in your rental agreement made at the time your order is placed. For standard size, custom sized/custom ordered products, or purchases, please allow up to 3 to 4 weeks for shipping. Our designers and tailors require up to 7 to 14 working days to make your gown. Only upon completion and after our quality inspection, will your item(s) be shipped to you. A separate email will be sent to you, once your order has been shipped.
For rentals and purchases, the flat rate shipping fee is $30.00. We reserve the right to use any of the following carriers: USPS, FedEX, UPS, or DHL. For rentals, these include the return pre- paid label, tracking, and bag/box for you to return your rented item(s) back to our facilities. Obtainable Elegance, LLC Edition: July 1, 2014
RENTALS
Standard rental includes 4 days (96 hours) from the date of confirmed delivery. All items must be returned back to our facilities within this time frame. Any items shipped later than the specified agreed return date, will be charged an additional $25.00 for the first day, $50.00 for the second day, $75 for the third day, and $100.00 on the fourth day. Any rental items not shipped and returned to our facilities by the close of the fifth day, will be charged the entire purchase price of the rental item.
Example: If your wedding ceremony is scheduled for a Saturday. You will receive your rental order on Wednesday before the close of the business day. To avoid any late fees, youll need to ship the rental item(s) back to our facilities before the close of the business day on Monday.
We will verify the return ship date with the tracking number we enclosed and provided with your original shipment. We do not calculate, charge, or include the shipping transit times in our rental fee.
PLEASE NOTE: We are not held responsible for any and all shipping delays; due to and not limited to: climate changes, weather related factors, riots, disruptions, customs and declarations inspections or claims, internal or external operational changes from delivery carriers like USPS, FedEx, or DHL. Furthermore, we are not held responsible for anything deemed as an Act of God.
The price of shipping, which you paid during the time you placed order, includes the entire roundtrip shipping and handling fees for the entire rental. All of our rental items include a pre- paid return shipping label, garment bag, shipping bag/box, and tracking number. Customers will be responsible for placing all rental items back into the garment bag, shipping bag/box, and affixing the prepaid shipping label on the outside of the shipping bag/box provided, and dropping it off for delivery at the nearest USPS location.
EXTENDED RENTAL PRICING OPTIONS
Extended rental prices are available, but a request must be made at the time of the original order. No exceptions. Each request will be reviewed on a case-by-case notice. We reserve the right to decline any request made. Please email us to inquire about pricing. The prices will be adjusted based on the following parameters:
Every standard sizeor custom sized rental, includes 4 days at no additional rental charge For 1 additional day of rental (5 days total), the cost is the Rental + x $ amount TBD For 2 additional days of rental (6 days total), the cost is the Rental + x $ amount TBD For 3 additional days of rental (7 days total), the cost is the Rental + x $ amount TBD
Presently, we do not offer any additional rental options beyond the total maximum 7 days.
Obtainable Elegance, LLC Edition: July 1, 2014 DAMAGE AND HANDLING FEE
Damage and Handling Fee (mandatory and non-refundable): Per gown $15.00. A $15.00 non- refundable and mandatory Damage and Handling Fee is automatically added to your rental. The fee covers the cost of minor repairs to the rental, and the costs associated with the inspection, quality control, and processing of the rental. If we determine that a rental is damaged beyond repair, or if a rental is not returned, you will also be charged the full replacement cost of the item(s).
RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY
STANDARD SIZE RENTALS: If you are not completely satisfied with your standard size gown rental, you may return or exchange your unworn, undamaged, and unused rental purchase within 36 hours from the official confirmed tracking receipt of your item(s). All items must be returned in their original condition. There is no Exchange and Return Fee for the FIRST or INITIAL standard size gown rental transaction. Please use the prepaid shipping bag and label to return or exchange your item(s) which was included with your original order. Buyer assumes all responsibility for any and all shipping fees incurred, associated with all subsequent transactions following the first or initial original return or exchange.
CUSTOM SIZED RENTALS: If you are not completely satisfied with your custom sized gown rental, you may either EXCHANGE or RETURN your unworn, undamaged, and unused rental purchase within 36 hours from the official confirmed tracking receipt of your item(s). All items must be returned in their original condition. A $30.00 Exchange and Return Fee will be applied to each individual item associated with your custom sized gown rental. For returns, rental customers will ONLY be eligible to receive store credit. Store credit will include the rental price plus any applicable state and city taxes, which you paid for, originally during checkout; less the Damage and Handling Fee, and less the Shipping Fee. The credit will be good for one calendar year, from the date of issue. After this period, the credit will expire. Please use the prepaid shipping bag and label to return or exchange your item(s) which was included with your original order. Buyer assumes all responsibility for any and all shipping fees incurred, associated with all subsequent transactions following the first or initial original return or exchange.
STANDARD SIZED PURCHASES: If you are not completely satisfied with your standard size gown purchase, you may exchange or return your unworn, undamaged, and unused purchase within 2 days from the official confirmed tracking receipt of your item(s). All items must be returned in their original condition. Buyer assumes all responsibility for any and all shipping fees incurred, associated with the return or exchange.
Obtainable Elegance, LLC Edition: July 1, 2014 CUSTOM SIZED PURCHASES: If you are not completely satisfied with your custom sized gown purchase, you may either EXCHANGE or RETURN your unworn, undamaged, and unused rental purchase within 2 days from the official confirmed tracking receipt of your item(s). All items must be returned in their original condition. A $30.00 Exchange and Return Fee will be applied to each individual item associated with your custom sized gown purchase. For returns, custom sized purchasers will ONLY be eligible to receive store credit. Store credit will include the purchase price plus any applicable state and city taxes, which you paid for, originally during checkout; less the Exchange and Return Fee, and less the Shipping Fee. The credit will be good for one calendar year, from the date of issue. After this period, the credit will expire. Buyer assumes all responsibility for any and all shipping fees incurred, associated with the return or exchange.
We apologize, but all custom sized gown purchases or rentals will only be eligible for exchanges or for returns; whereby which, a store credit will be issued. No exceptions. Please double check your measurements before placing your custom order gown purchase or rental.
All custom sized and standard sized exchanges/refunds must be accompanied by the packing slip, placed in its original packaging bag, and shipped back to us with a verifiable confirmed tracking number. You must email and provide us with the tracking number before shipping any item back.
Any items that are eligible for refunds, pursuant to the terms of outlined in our TERMS AND CONDITIONS herewith, will be made in the original form of payment. Merchandise purchased on a credit card will be refunded to the original card only.
Please allow up to 7 to 10 business days for processing your exchange or return once we receive it.
If the requested exchange item is not available, the original credit card used will be credited.
ALLERGIC REACTIONS OR ILLNESS
We will not be held liable or responsible for any direct or indirect illnesses, injuries, or allergic reaction(s) our clients/consumers may suffer from any of the materials used in the production of our gowns. We will not be held liable for any direct or indirect illnesses, injuries, or allergic reactions due to any cleaning agents used during the cleaning/dry cleaning of our rental items. We use all industry standard materials and fabrics in the production of our items. All of our cleaning/dry cleaning is done offsite by a licensed and registered Dry Cleaner and in accordance with OSHA and U.S. Industry standards and other regulations mandated by state and local law.

Our total liability for any claim or litigation arising from or related to the rental or purchase of our product(s)/garment(s) is limited to the rental or purchase charges actually paid by customer.
