TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. An examination booking form will only be regarded as valid if it contains the following information
1.1. A valid identification number
1.2. A signature
2. This exam booking is provisional. Final confirmation will only be sent to the client once full payment for the exam/s has been received by Torque IT.
3. Exam bookings are to be secured at least one (1) week in advance.
4. Exam vouchers are valid for six (6) months from date of purchase / invoice.
5. Bookings are subject to availability.
6. Postponements must be made in writing with at least 48 working hours' notice prior to the booking date.
7. Cancellations cannot be made once the appointment is confirmed. All bookings are non-refundable.
