Cabinet today met and Approved the following:



1. Fighting corruption:- Resolved to ruthlessly continue tackling corruption and unethical
practices in all !A and remove all individuals" cartels and enablers of corruption. #ithout
fear or favour. All officers involved in corruption must be dismissed and charged in Court
on.
$. Construction of Road within the boundary of the %airobi %ational &ark commonly referred
to as the 'outhern (ypass. )he road will consume about *+,A of the &ark. ,owever" the
&ark will be compensated on ,ectare for ,ectare. )his road will ease congestion in the City
Centre by re-routing city heavy commercials and other vehicles proceeding to Rift -alley
and .ast African Countries.
*. &ublic Finance anagement /Amendments0 (ill" $112 for both %ational and County
3overnments.
2. !raft Regulations to 4mplement !evolution 5aws.
