Afghanistan has a wide varying terrain
allowing for many different crops.

They eat mainly wheat maize barley and

One ethnic food is Chalow it is white rice


with oil butter and salt.

The education in Afghanistan is improving
and becoming more widespread in the
country
There are many primary schools
throughout Afghanistan because of
international funding
The schools in Afghanistan are have both
girls and boys.
There are very few universities and
secondary schools so not many people
can go past a primary school education.

Economy
The economy is doing better in Afghanistan
because of the end of a drought and a
surplus of money given to them by the US.

Afghanistan’s economy is based mainly on


foreign powers because it is poorly
developed.

The second major part of the economy is its

The health system in Afghanistan was nearly
destroyed by the military in 1979
Though Foreign powers have helped open a
few centers in the country
Only a small part of Afghanistan has access
to any type of medicine
The lack of medicine has caused many
diseases to spread and without medical
care many people have mal nutrition.
This has taken a toll on Afghanistan in
general
