For PSL 3 All required records shall reference the specific part serial number.
1)
Major weld record shall include the following data:
- Welder Identification
- Weld procedure (WPS)
- Filler Material Type
- PWHT
2)
MTR shall include the following Heat Treatment data:
- Actual Temperature
- Actual times at temperature
- Temperature of quenching medium prior and after quench.
3)
Hardness test as per ASTM E10 / or E110 - portable method.
