Option 1: Basis the Training Need Analysis from PA Exercise.
Approach:- 1) Training Needs identified from PA Exercise and documented. (Attached) 2) The needs are assigned priorities based on discussion with COO/HRRMs 3) Consolidated Training Calendar prepared based on prioritized training needs. Option 2: Need Analysis derived Training Needs Survey Approach:- 1) Training Needs Survey (Attached) is filled in by all employees. 2) Consolidated Need Analysis Document created based on inputs from the Training Needs Survey and PA exercise and validated by COO/HRRMs. 3) Training Needs assigned priorities and training calendar prepared. Option 3: Role Wise Need Analysis Approach:- 1) Training Needs Discussions with role-holders. 2) Training Needs documented for each role. 3) Comprehensive Role wise Training Needs Documented and training calendar prepared for each role.
