I, the undersigned, being duly sworn and under oath, state that the following facts known by me or told to me by the other
reliable persons form my belief that Matthew J ames J ohnson the defendant committed the crime Charged.
On Monday, J uly 28,2014 at approximately 2248 hours, I went to the address of 709 South 9th Street to seave an arrest
warrant on Matthew J ames J ohnson. As I approached the front door of the residence, I heard a male an female arguing
inside. J ohnson answered and I advised him that I had a warrant for his arrest. He said "wait a minute" and then slammed
and locked the door. I could hear the female and him speaking inside. After about 10 minutes I called for a deputy and
advised the communications center to call out the Chief and Assist. Chief. A perimeter was set up while waiting for
assistance. Once assistance arrived the female came out and said J ohnson had left the house. A consent search of the
residence confirmed this.
