of 2014. I Bought a guitar model Leona
serial No. 10022 at your downtown store
Unfortunately, your product has not performed
well because it is not well calibrated.

I am disappointed because it work with a good pitch just
on the first 4 frets.

To resolve the problem, I would appreciate your help
exchanging the instrument or charging a card credit with
the amount I paid for. Enclosed are copies of my
records including receipt, warranty, model and serial
number.

I look forward to your reply and a resolution to my
problem and will wait until august 30
th
of 2014, before
seeking help from a consumer protection agency or the
