    I am again asking for your assistance in the training session. I have attached a copy of the current
    agenda; note your case is listed. I request that you recite on the Starczewski case that you decided
    at one of the scheduled training sessions. Please take 15 minutes and cover the case and the points
    that you think would be helpful for training purpose. I did put down your decision to bifurcate as
    something to be covered.

    Of course you are only required to attend one training session. Let me know if you are attending the
    one in Seattle on Sept 18
