Administrators are adjudicating complaints against fellow

administrators.
Complaints are being adjudicated by administrators who are
subordinate to the administrator they are investigating.
In the case of the Superintendent, there is nothing that would keep
him from adjudicating a complaint against himself.
It creates the appearance of a conflict of interest.
The appearance of a conflict of interest is not mitigated by the
involvement of a third party vendor.
It is nothing but a forwarding mailbo, adding nothing but
anonymity to the complaint process. It adds nothing to the
legitimacy of the process.
!ecogni"ing that appearance of a conflict of interest, the school
board promised to attach their consideration and their reputations
to every single complaint. It is an important check and balance
between administrative conduct and competence, and the people.
They have yet to review and approve of even one single
whistleblower complaint, not one.
#ver two hundred whistle blowers have been denied due process,
in blatant disregard for school board policy. Their failure to follow
board policy is the subject of a currently ongoing investigation by
the #ffice of the State Auditor.
They need to eplain why they are denying whistleblowers their
due process. They need to eplain it in words that an A$S student
can understand.
