yesterday's class we learned about things that could happen in the

operational area or in the vicinity of the aiport. things that, if they happen , they will
stop or , at least, interfere with the normal airport operation. For example: animal on
the runway, displaced threshold, flock of birds, rubber on the runway,kite in the
vicinity, eroded runway and debris on the runway. We also watched a video about
three real cases, in the first a dog scaped from his cage and went into the runway, the
second, the most curious, many turtles crossing the runway, and the last one, a happy
face baloon flying in the vicinity.
