AFFIDAVIT OF UNDERTAKING

I, JOSELITO R. ALEGA, of legal age, married, and a resident of
Katipunan St., Phase 2, Calmar Subd., Lucena City after being sworn oath in
accordance with law hereby depose and say:

1. That I am the owner of F/V JCA JEAN CHRISCELENE, a
Commercial Fishing Vessel (172.31 Gross Tonnage) which was apprehended
sometime on January 5, 2013 at the municipal waters of Pasacao, Camarines
Sur;

2. That I was administratively charged for Violation of Sections 86 and
104 of Republic Act No. 8550 in Relation to FAO 198, Series of 2000;

3. That I undertake to pay a fine for the above-mentioned violations to
the Bureau of Fisheries and Aquatic Resources (BFAR) in such amount as maybe
fixed by the BFAR in accordance with Republic Act No. 8550;

4. That I have already applied for the registration of my fishing vessel
and paid the registration fee;

5. That I undertake to comply with the provisions of Republic Act No.
8550 and other related Rules and Regulations faithfully;

6. That this affidavit is being executed to attest to the truth of the
above-statedfacts for all intents and purposes.
