Personal Character Traits

An important personal character trait I have is creativity. To be successful at finding
another way of doing something, we need to do things outside of our normal and to make
connections between things that we had not thought about before. In fact, the creative process
is the act of making these new connections.
Once, I had to do a layout for a client but I had not any computer with software for
that, I only had paper and pen. Therefore, I just used what I had and made a layout at the same
time to please the customer. Creativity is that: expands our perceptions to coming new ways
of problem solving.
Creative people invent, create, problem-solve, and communicate in new ways.
Every business requires creative thinkers in the form of scientists, engineers, technology
innovators and ideas appear to arise by chance only when people are actually looking for ideas.
It does not happen to people who are not curious or who are not engaged in a hard search for
possibilities, opportunities or inventions.
Another personal character trait I have is persistence. The ability to hold on or to
get back up when things do not go according with our plans is essential for us to achieve any
real success, because there will be failures along the way and it is how we deal with these
failures that will determine the route to success and keeps our confidence high.
Coming study abroad was a long and multistep process, which required persistence
and dedication in each phase to me do not give up my dream. This great accomplishment
began as an inspired thought or idea, combined with a deep inner knowing, and it was only
made possible due to a sincere desire, combined with an undying and persistence.
