Agreement Reached
-RPMO to send a letter to DPWH Regional Office requesting to
assign one(1) Residence Engineer to man the FMR sub-project.
-RPMO to write a letter to DPWH Regional Office on the price escala-
lation of the aggregates and request the same to submit technical
documents for this purpose.
-DAR to conduct coordination meeting with Provincial and Regional
NCIP regarding the notice of exemption/DAR to send letter to NCIP
Manila requesting for notice of exemption
-RPMO to write letter to DPWH Regional Office for a scheduled joint
sub-project inspection and date for turn-over
-Call for an inter agency coordination meeting with stakeholders
(DPWH, LGU & NIA) to thresh out problems in the finishing phase of
sub-project implementation
-PPMO to request MLGU Libertad to waive the proposed PWS should
they have no more interest on the same since the ARISP III Project
would end on August 2014
-RPMO to coordinate with NIA Regional Office on the review and
evaluationj of the bid
-RPMO to write all MLGUs on the immediate submission of their FMR
equity
