This is to submit to the Office of the Student Council a
copy of THE SPECTRUM Plan of Action for the School Year 2014 to
2015.

It would be intelligent if THE SPECTRUM is informed
officially for any other document that the Office of the Student
Council may require in the future. Meanwhile, we are complying
through verbal instruction from the SC President.
