Recipe of Carrot Halwa

Ghee(clarified Butter) 2 Teaspoons
Casewnuts 1 Tablespoons
Cardamoms, Skinned And Crushed Fine 2 Numbers
Carrots, Grated Finely 4 Cup
Milk 4 Cup
Sugar 1 Cup
Curdled Milk Or (ricotta Cheese) 3 Tablespoons
Chopped Almonds 1 Tablespoons
Raisins 1 Teaspoons
Directions
1. roast dry nuts in ghee grate and Cook the carrots in the milk in an open pan(low flame),
with constant stirring.when carrot is cooked add sugar
2. Add curdled milk or koya and cook for few more min with constant stirring.when carrot is
cooked add sugar
3. Add curdled milk or koya and cook for few more minserve hot
