Recipe Title:Raspberry Buns
Ingredients:
8 oz selI raising Ilour
4 oz sugar
4 oz margarine
1 egg
raspberry jam
Method:Mix the Ilour, sugar and margarine together to a Iine breadcrumb texture.
Add the beaten egg and a drop oI milk iI necessary. Form into a dough.
Break into small pieces and poke a hole in the centre. Add raspberry jam,
brush with milk and sprinkle with sugar.
Bake at about 180!C Ior 20-30 minutes.
