Habitat: leafy rain forest
Predators: kookaburra, larger snakes, wild cats
Prey: frogs, small birds, lizards, beetles, rodents
Characteristics: brown in colour with brownish, transparent wings, green
eyes, scaly skin
Structural features: two large fangs for killing and maiming prey, two sets
of thin wings on the body that fold up into themselves once flying has
ceased, broadens ability to catch prey and helps the Flake to cover
territory, slender elongated body to easily camouflage under leaves and
crap around prey to capture.
