NOTE :
(a) Further fees @ Rs. 500 per lacs subject to maximum registration fees Rs. 2,00,00,000.
(b) (i) Rgistration fees payable for a company not having share capital & having members not exceeding 20, Rs. 1,000.
(ii) Members exceeding 20 but not exceeding 100 then fees payable would be Rs. 2,500.
(iii) Members exceeding 100 for every 50 members Rs. 10 subject to maximum Rs. 5,000.
(c) In case of unlimited members Rs. 5,000 is payable for a document & in case of a company not having share
capital Rs. 50.
