Hand on experience in several postmortem specimen extraction techniques.
Primary duty was to utilize the technique of Acid/Neutral and Bases Extraction to extract the drugs
from biological fluid specimens and tissue homogenates.
Used LC/MS2 and GC/MS to develop a rapid and reliable method for the screening and quantitation of
the drug.
Used Carbon monoxide Oximeter to determine the concentration of Carbon monoxide in postmortem
specimens
Used GC-FID for the confirmation and quantitation of the drugs in postmortem samples.
Conducted research to study concentration of Carisoprodol and Meprobamate in liver homogenate
and Enzyme digest.
The research is in the process of publication.
