Conditions. #he in'a%idit& o" an& pro'ision o" this contract sha%% not a""ect an& other

and the Shipper $arrants that it is a(thori)ed to accept and is accepting these
conditions not on%& on beha%" o" itse%" b(t a%so as agent "or or on beha%" o" a%% other
persons $ho are or $ho !a& therea"ter beco!e interested in the goods. #he shipper
hereb& (nderta*es to inde!ni"& N.R.B CARGO EXPRESS against da!ages, costs

an& d(ties, taxes, or charges, and to !a*e an& disb(rse!ents $ith respect to the
goods, and the Shipper, O$ner, and Consignee sha%% not be (nder ob%igation to inc(r
an& expense or to !a*e an& ad'ance in connection $ith the Ship!ent, inc%(ding
"or$arding or re "or$arding o" the goods except against repa&!ent b& the Shipper. "

instr(!ents, c(rrenc&, (n cance%%ed postage or re'en(e sta!ps, cashierCs che.(es,
%i'estoc* or p%ants, or an& perishab%e co!!odit&, and in the e'ent that an& Shipper
sho(%d tender s(ch ite!s to N.R.B CARGO EXPRESS, the Shipper sha%% inde!ni"&

"or non+receipt or de%a& in receipt o" s(ch notice.
xii) N.R.B CARGO EXPRESS ass(!es no ob%igation to "or$ard the goods b& an&
speci"ied Carrier or an& partic(%ar ro(te o" ro(tes or to !a*e connection at an& point
according to an& partic(%ar sched(%e, and N.R.B CARGO EXPRESS is hereb&
a(thori)ed to se%ect or de'iate "ro!, the ro(tes o" ship!ent, not$ithstanding that the
sa!e !a& be stated on the "ace hereo".
xiii) #he Shipper $arrants that the ship!ent is pac*ed to protect the enc%osed goods and
to ins(re sa"e #ransportation $ith ordinar& care in hand%ing and that each pac*age is
appropriate%& %abe%ed and is in good order "or Carriage. A%% ship!ents !a&, at N.R.B
CARGO EXPRESS option, be opened and inspected.
xi') #he Shipper sha%% $ith a%% app%icab%e %a$s, c(sto!s and other go'ern!ent reg(%ations
o" an& co(ntr& to, "ro!, thro(gh or o'er $hich the goods !a& be carried, inc%(ding
those re%ating to the pac*ing, carriage or de%i'er& o" the goods, and sha%% "(rnish s(ch

%etter o" instr(ctions, a(thori)ing N.R.B CARGO EXPRESS to act as ShipperCs agent
"or export contro% and c(sto!s p(rposes. S*& Net 0or%d$ide Express ass(!es no
%iabi%it& $hatsoe'er "or "ai%(re to act as ShipperCs agent as pro'ided in this artic%e.
x'i) N.R.B CARGO EXPRESS $i%% not be %iab%e "or an& da!ages to goods inside the
s(itcase, side bag, carton box, p%astic pac*et and other parce% box. C(sto!er(s) $i%%
be responsib%e "or pac*aging and a%% parce%s sho(%d be $e%% pac*ed $ith strong
pac*ing !ateria%.

o""ice. N.R.B CARGO EXPRESS $i%% not accept an& co!p%aints in re%ation to
e%ectronic ite!(s) %ost or sto%en that ha'e not been dec%ared.
x'iii) Brand ne$ e%ectronic ite!s s(ch as #e%e'ision, Re"rigerator and Radiator !(st be
inside the origina% pac*age o" !an("act(re. N.R.B CARGO EXPRESS $i%% not be
responsib%e "or an& technica% "a(%ts to e%ectronics goods as s(ch no co!p%aint $i%% be
accepted in this regard. A%% second hand or (sed e%ectronics ite!s, i.e. #7, Co!p(ter
etc. $hether pac*ed at de%i'er& point b& o(r sta"" or c(sto!er the!se%'es, there is no
g(arantee that it $i%% be in $or*ing condition at co%%ection point as s(ch no co!p%aint
$i%% be accepted.
