COMPLAINANT RANULFO ARIOLA COLONIA, by himself,
respectfully moves that the instant case be dismissed without
prejudice to its refiling after he shall have fully determine his
most appropriate legal option to ventilate his claims.
Complainant is contemplating the thought of filing his claims
before the National Conciliation and Mediation Board (NCMB)
after the instant case is dismissed without prejudice.

WHEREFORE, it is respectfully prayed that the above-
captioned case be dismissed without prejudice to its refiling.
Other reliefs just and equitable are respectfully sought.
