Paseo de la Fuente, San Juan

The design concept was based in the architecture of the house to

create a balanced and sophisticated atmosphere.
The transitional style permeated in the open concept, from the interior
architecture to the custom ordered furniture. The house exhibited an
Italian Villa style with a contemporary twist.
The end result was an elegant but livable space, for the family of four.

Fam. Pabn, Mayaguez, PR
This house was an example of a Before and After project. The client
needed to flip the house to make it a more efficient space. The family
loved to make family gatherings and this was the inspiration to create
spaces that invited people to sit and share.
The formal dining set was occupying the first room in the
house. It was relocated. And a beautiful living space was
created to welcome visitors and family.
This house was designed into a more casual simple space,
helping the homeowner make sense of the furniture already
owned but in a more practical and effective layout to live and
entertain friends.

The client needed to finish the renovations of his
house that were paused for five years. He was
living in China and confided in me to finish and
supervise the labors in the house so it could be
rented. They wanted a clean modern Italian
design style.
The house had no kitchen, no doors or hand rail
in the stairs. The materials, finishes and
equipment that was needed, was specified,
bought and installed.
Finished product after installation of doors, glass
and stainless steel rail and kitchen.

The design concept was based in the needs of the client. The
couple wanted the house to have a beachside feel but not as
casual, since it was their year round house. This project is on
the accessories phase.

Plaza Las Amricas, Hato Rey, PR
12 selected designers with the challenge of creating a whole
house inside Plaza Las Amricas.
Selected to design the foyer and half bathroom in the
house.
The focal point of the foyer was the water feature designed
exclusively for the exhibition. The inspiration was taken from
water drops and the sound of rain, it was constructed locally
in collaboration with a mechanical engineer, Juan Carlos
Daz.
The water feature dropped water precisely into a stainless
steel floor plaque that concealed the water basin, for a total
clean look.
The whole concept was to create a refreshing and
welcoming area into the house, in a very modern clean
proposal. It included also a green wall and sandy texture
treatment.
Simple look inspired by the
textures found in nature.
The perfect companion to
the foyers design. Designed
to be a statement, inverting
the usual use of colors in
small spaces, the dark colors
were used in walls and floors
and light textures in details
in a vertical proposal.
