it higher to fit concept and even target market, but anything higher may seem a bit too
high for such a small dessert..it woud mostlikely work for that much in
wellington/Auckland or over seas but I just dont think that Dunedin people, even those a
part of my target audience would be willing to spend 18 on a small rectangle of chocolate
mousse..
