BEHAVIOUR MANAGEMENT PLAN

If you have a childs heart, you have his head Flip Flippen
As a graduate teacher I acknowledge that classroom management may be a challenge however I intend to overcome this by initially developing rules and
expectations together with the students followed by developing positive relationships. I want to encourage empathy, respect and care to ensure that
students understand and connect to the people around them. Through my organisation I hope to facilitate independence, responsibility and time-
management within my students. I will encourage the students to be intrinsically motivated by facilitating them to set SMART goals and encouraging them to
be proud of their efforts and successes. I will ensure that I am always a good role model and ensure students are given opportunities for success. As I get to
know the students I want to connect to every student on a personal level in order to further develop the student-teacher relationships. Prior to beginning
lessons I will ensure that I establish clear, challenging and achievable expectations for all student.

THIS PLAN IS WORK IN PROGRESS It is a starting point for my practice and will be adapted to suit the whole school approach to behaviour management.
