OJT REACTION PAPER

1. Describe your role in your OJT comany. What were your responsibilities?
How did you feel about doing that kind of work?

My role in My OJT Company is something like a technical engineer, or as the

company calls it. I do support stuff inside the company for example if an end-user is
need of help it is my job to fix the problem that the end user is experiencing.

Another is I have lots of responsibilities in with My OJT Company an example of it is

the accountability of the computers inside the company should be on tip top
condition, and the networks of all internet access is on very good condition

Plus aside of all the technical stuff I have programming the new helpdesk site for the
company using Microsoft Office Sharepoint 2007, but unfortunately I didn’t finish it
due to the lack of time with the company.

2. Were you able to apply concepts you learned in school? Which ones?

Some of the concepts that I learned in school is of great help to me but it is only a few
concepts just the subject ITINFRA in were I learned the basic networking, that is the
knowledge that I used in configuring network problems inside the company.

3. What is something you did in OJT that you are proud of?

Something that I am proud of when I am in my OJT Company is the pleasure of

programming the new helpdesk site for the company and the feeling of helping end-
users with the problems that they are encountering.

4. Do you think the OJT experience is an important part of your education?

Why or why not?

Yes it is an important part of my education because with the OJT experience I tend to
have a gasp of what is it in the real world or in the industry even though I am an
intern I still can see the people who are working and can feel what they feel while
working.
