The line segment XW is perpendicular to line segment AQ
(BXV = BAP and BX is perpendicular to AB)

BXV is identical to CDQ and line segment CQ is parallel XV and
XW.

So, CQ is perpendicular to AQ.

AZCQ is a rectangle and AC = ZQ and AB = BQ.
Therefore,
BAQ = BQA = 45 2 = 22.5

In BAP,
APB = 180 - ABP - BAQ = 180 - 45 - 22.5 = 112.5

APB = 112.5
