Contract
In consideration of the premises and other mutual covenants, conditions, and agreements
herein contained, I, , (Principal), intending to be legally
bound, hereby agree to the following:

I agree to pay the one time Property Relief Services Fee of $ .

Tis fee is strictly to relieve me from ownership of my property(s), not for fnancial
gain.

Tis payment guarantees that 180 days from todays date, of , I will no longer
own my property(s), as follows:

and will be relieved of all ownership and responsibilities or I will receive a 100% refund of
agreed upon payment. Tis guarantee is based on the owner(s):

Being up to date on resort fees (i.e. any fees associated or attributed to the resort,
maintenance fees, assessment fees, membership dues, etc.)

Remaining current on resort fees throughout the guaranteed period/transfer process

Complying with Resort Exchange representative(s) on documentation that is required

in order for them to release me of my timeshare property.
I acknowledge that the Property Relief Service Fees are earned upon the agreed date of .
Te payment is made using the credit card ending in, , payable to Resort Exchange. I
further acknowledge and agree that the Property Relief Services Fee shall be due and payable
upon the agreed date(s) unless otherwise specifed, earned upon receipt of verbal verifcation
and/or contract, and allows Resort Exchange to begin working on my fle immediately.
I agree and acknowledge that Resort Exchange is a consumer advocacy group. Tey are not a
law frm and do not provide legal advice. Tey provide self-help services at my specifc
direction.
By signing this contract I acknowledge and agree to the following:

Information I have given to Resort Exchange is true and correct

I will not provide misleading information

I am not being misled by Resort Exchange

Furthermore, I acknowledge and agree that I am not seeking cancellation of my property
ownership against my will and I accept full responsibility for the decision to relieve myself of
my property, there by absolving Resort Exchange of any and all repercussions that may occur.
I acknowledge and agree that I have seven (7) days, from todays date, in which to provide
Resort Exchange with written notice of my desire to cancel this Agreement. Cancellation must
be in writing and sent via mail, or faxed to, or emailed to:

Upon receipt of my written notice of cancellation, I shall be entitled to receive a full refund of
my initial payment during the cancellation period.
Tis contract embodies the entire agreement between Resort Exchange, myself, and my
acknowledgment of the parties hereto in respect of the transactions completed by this
Agreement and supersedes all prior agreements, representations, warranties, promises,
covenants, arrangements, communications and understandings, oral or written, express or
implied, between the parties with respect to such transactions. Tere are no agreements,
representations, warranties, promises, covenants, arrangements or understandings between the
parties with respect to such transactions, other than those expressly set forth or referred to
herein.
Tis agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of
California. In the event any action, suit or proceeding is instituted as a result of any matter or
thing afecting this Agreement, the parties hereby designate Orange County, State of
California, as the proper jurisdiction and the venue in which same is to be instituted.
