    The 09:00 manufacturing meeting was key to understanding the issues over the previous 24hrs and having the team there ment that we could make the right decisions. However, quite often some of the managers did not turn up to the meeting, so I had to make sure they did. This poster allowed us to track the various diciplines who attended the meeting, it was the first thing we started with so we checked who was present and marked them up as appropriate. It soon became apparent who was the regular non attenders, although once this tracker was in place they started to come much more regular. Its amazing what a tracker can do, name & shame was the name of the game, with some humour as well.
