Julian Glidden; Freelance Web Designer, a man of

artistic integrity. Specialize well in the art of Web
Design. My work comes from my own meaning &
theoretical viewpoints that occur mostly upon the
outskirts of Time.
The theory of Time Management by means of there
being a Past, Present, & Future representational
image for each time-frame that describes the person
in three different formalities.
Thus, being the Present-tense Manager of my own
accord, I hone my skills not only to serve those
around me as an opening for my artistic
background, but to increase my skill influences as I
sharpen myself to becoming a better person in
today!s Society as I make-do with what I!ve got.

What Makes A Web Designer?

Web Design revolves around many corresponding design elements.
Its binary meaning comes from the complete skill used to make
productions and maintain websites.
The many different areas in web design include web graphic design,
interface design, branding, advertising, printing, authoring, scripting,
networking, and even so: management, all in a works to ones flexibility.
One could say that its a development capability. To how one could
express web design, one can exceedingly use its value in the Business
field. Often times, web design is overlooked as a technological
standpoint, but it has become a large part of human society as far as it
comes down to working a program, or creating one.
Such is its motive in making use of the Internet, what you see online,
whether it be graphics, typography, layouts, backgrounds, and flashy
animated imagery were designed from a relevant designer. The tools a
web designer makes do of are often updated overtime. Such are the
principles provided that explain its ideology to what makes the
composition clearly as it should be.
Components we use are that of hand-coded, or generated editing
software. As improvements suggest rank in higher value, often seen,
there are always modifications to be made. Thus, new software is always
made to outfit the old, everyday.
Web design is an experience depending on how experienced the
designer is. Such is the content he/she is able to provide or make,
provided that the designer is giving the Client a related source of
material as suggested depending on how the interaction goes. This
applies to constructing your own Market, taking the beneficial factor of
networking as a way to develop trait skills.
Choosing whether your theme leads to hand is clearly up to you. But
remember, consider the business and represent its portrayed favor. You
are the developer of many considerations to come.

Business Networking is a socioeconomic conduction activity that brings

about recognition, creation, opportunities and skillful structuring in its
own remote accommodation. However an opportunity shall serve,
networking is a fundamental tactic that empowers efficiency over
individuals who promote effective interpersonal strategies.
Business networking can be conducted throughout public community
events, the Internet, talking to a person in a 30 min. formality, or referring
to a quick elevator discussion. The proficiency matters to how you speak
your mind and to why what youre trying to represent yourself for being at

Past-Tense Personification

The Harbinger of Time validates a various shown form of remorse. It"s hold

on the The Past is often overlooked as a barren memory, or an intriguing meaning

that lies inside our deepest hopes and fears. The odds are usually seen with good
reason to promote change, but will escape with horning its mark on the world with
darker intentions as it plans to escape into the world as said to bear some hold on
something better for its life.

That being said, the being is often overlooked as a Designer who melds his

formations to tell of his past endeavors or tells of his various mistakes and issues.
However, what"s seen in the past stays in the past. The only hope this being has
is to forge its way into society by becoming something more prominent. Knowing
the consequences, the Harbinger"s goal is to make the world see for what he is
truly capable of that hasn"t been seen before for good and steady causes.
However, those means are lost and remain trapped in the past, unless the
Present-Tense Personification can carry out its task in its stead.

The present day representation, all in a character of unique perseverance.

The Designer of Present-tense history gives through to countless sketches called

drafts, as they make their way into Society to be known for what they stand for.
The idea comes from spontaneous creation, as the artistic form and style can
sometimes be overlooked but still be put to use, nonetheless, for opening
schematics that call for the construction of something big in the form of a very
unique composition can often be arranged for debate.

The role of designer however is often chosen amongst those who can

create and adapt to many art-forms, as long as they can be described. In other
words, the artful conception lays dormant until those who can picture a shape,
style, or form, then create the process is the drawer of his/her Time. An
instrument-maker who promotes means through accessories sold to individuals,
or a portrait made to hold some kind of symbolic meaning of a person. Or a site
design layout. All in a days work, week, or month of hardships, the material is that
of the Designer to hold meaning to what is described as a presentation as being a
Leader of his own works is what shapes the Designer throughout experienced life.

Future-Tense Personification

The future is undetermined. The Time Continuance is the foreseer of Future

activity. The being lays dormant in the Future as though nobody can determine its
location. What is described of the future is that it"s often overlooked as an
indefinite time period that corresponds to the Present. As you change the past,
you change the future. Consequences are inevitable but the existence of time and
the laws of physics promote a point that reality is unavoidable to what becomes of
the future, but what exists in the future remains fluctuant to know that there is
something that will exist when that time comes to pass.

Having been said, the future and past are unreal. Religious consideration

issues karma, life after death, and what study shows that the end of time would
be. For further estimation, the future that determines the outcome of an
individual"s actions. In other words, the future is not #set-in-stone." What is still to
be determined still remains a mystery as future studies in art and science can
interpret its meaning that can often be seen as #Change" to ones decisions made
by individuals, organizations, and governments, and work schedules, as the
Leader makes-do to assist in decision-making as it is fairly uncertain when the
tides can change the events of all-things-to-come.

Stage Set-Up (2011 - !13) Attend Church on Sundays from
8:00AM to 12:00PM. Volunteer services involve helping with
setting up & disassembling the stage inside a school cafeteria
located at Ranch View Elementary, before & after Sermons.
Help with setting up the screen, rolling out carpets, work the
stage lights, & assisting with video equipment wiring & hookups.
