Improvements
- Even out
ingredients such
as tomato paste
and the diced
tomatoes.
- Only fill enough
spaghetti to the
inner rim and a
few spoonfuls of
sauce.
- Half the size of
the mince
because it did
look long.

grated cheese.

Evaluation: Overall, I believe that the spaghetti was not as successful as I

had thought due to the sauce being too much as a liquid and the meat not
cooked enough (it wasnt raw though). However, the angel hair spaghetti
was cooked to the right softness. I also compared the amount of spaghetti
Bolognese on two plates. The first plate being filled with a large amount of
both sauce and spaghetti whereas in the second plate having only enough
spaghetti to fill the inside rim of the plate and a couple of spoonfuls of
sauce. Also applying different garnishes on the two plates to identify which
dish would be more suitable. I personally believe that the dish with smaller
amounts of spaghetti and sauce looks neater and more presentable thus
making it my preferable dish.
