Early humans change many ways to survive. For example, one of the
biggest changes in hominid history is tools. Homo habilis was they first
hominid to use tools to survive. They used rocks and bones for tools.
Another big change was fire. Homo erectus invented fire, they used it
too cook meat and stay warm but did not know how to control it, but
Neanderthals did. The last big change hominids made was caring.
When Neanderthals died more of the Neanderthals would burry the
dead and put flowers on the grave. This was on of the basic steps of
modern human activity.

This explains that fire was a huge impact on hominids. This helped
them survive way easier because of warmth, cooked meat, and light.
These three things helped hominids a lot, to survive.
Between 2 million and 700,000 years ago, Homo erectus brain size
doubled Becoming human explained. This clearly shows that to
survive you need bigger brains. From Australopithecus to modern
humans, brain sized tripled! So you can tell that one of the changes to
survive is definitely bigger brain size.
Each change along the way from walking upright to creating better
tools-was a key development of early modern humans History Alive
wrote. This also clearly states that there are many big changes. Such
as walking upright, creating better tools, bigger brains, fire, and many
more. Many changes have been made from Australopithecus to Homo

Color-code paragraph -Early humans have changed many ways to survive one of them is brain size. This
demonstrates that from Australopithecus to Modern humans brain size has tripled!
The brain size has tripled because hominids needed to learn how to make tools and
become more advanced and they needed more brain capacity for that. For example
the Australopithecus brain started at about 450 cm, witch is very small and after
about 4 million years the brain size of a modern human has tripled and is now
about 1500cm. Furthermore from Australopithecus to Homo erectus the brain size
has doubled from 450 cm too 1100cm witch is pretty big for only 2 million years. 2
million years sounds like a lot but for brain size its nothing. Clearly from
Australopithecus to modern humans a lot has changed but non of it would happen if
brain size did not increase.
