Installation Manual

1. Position the shelving according to the drawing enclosed.

Normal beams are for shelves and thicker beams(P beams) go
to the top to support the platform. Some P beams got welded
side bars which are for fixing the platform on the top beams
via Mounting bolts. Leave all the P beams with side bars along
the front of each aisle as per the picture.

2. Please make sure all the uprights with 4.2m high legs are
positioned along 3 sides where handrails are going to be
installed. The extra 1.5m high uprights are used as frames for
handrail crossbars.
3. You can put the P beams and the bottom level of the beams
on each bay to hold the uprights together and leave the shelf
panels and other beams to the last after the mezzanine floor
sheets and staircase are fitted in properly. Otherwise it's too
heavy to move the row if you need to.
4. Install the staircase according to the picture on
the right hand side. There are two 80x80mm poles are
for supporting the staircase. Two shorter poles are for
supporting the middle of the staircase. After positioning
all the shelving and staircase to the right places, you can
bolt the supporting poles to the ground and fixing all the
metal steps to the staircase body by the bolts and nuts
enclosed.
5. Laying all the floor pieces onto the beams. All
the floor pieces are landed on the beam marked in
orange color. There are 20x4.96m floor pieces on the
top left, 20 x 3.06m on the top right, 10x3.96m on the bottom
left and 10 x 3.06m on the bottom right. After adjusting all the
floor pieces to the proper positions, you can tighten the mounting bolts along the sides
where there are gaps between walls and floor pieces.
6. Fixing all the handrails with the bolts
and nuts provided to the uprights as per the
pictures.
7. Setting up all the rest beams and put all
the panels on.
