NATIONAL PARK SANGAY

For me one of the most beautiful places is the

Sangay National Park because it is the third
largest protected area of Ecuador and covers
vast natural landscapes also for Its high levels of
endemism and ecological diversity that were the
reason for UNESCO to declare it, as Natural
Heritage.

Sangay National Park is located between the provinces of Morona Santiago, Chimborazo and
Tungurahua in Ecuador where Access to the park is often, where you could go for long walks
through trails and paths in regular status in much worse rainy season; however, the sites are
observed on all sectors certainly worth the effort.

Its location has different types of climates;

Temperate rain periodically permanent drywet, cold high Andes, temperate, tropical.
Sangay National Park has a high tourism
potential, recognized inside and outside
Ecuador.
Its vast expanse offers superb scenic appeal,
with high geological, volcanological, fauna,
floriculture interest include biodiversity area,
and even in the archaeological and cultural
fields.
