Introduction:

Every organization runs by people. People are back bone of any organization. It
is impossible to run an organization without people. People build the organization and run it and
make effort for survival of organization. When an organization build, first thing in an
organization how much people are required to run it then what kind of people required for an
organization and what will their responsibilities in an organization and if they need training then
train them. Human resource management handle this process. Human resource management
manages human resource in an organization.

Definition:
There are numerous definition by different scholars, some definitions are below:
1st Definition:
Human resource management is process of attracting, developing and maintains a
talented and an energetic force to support organizational mission, objectives and strategies
2nd Definition:
Human resource management is a function with in an organization that focuses
on recriutment, selection, training and placing and promotion of people to achieve organizational
mission
3rd Definition:
Human resource management is process of planning, staffing, and controlling of
people in an organization.
4th Definition:
Human resource management is managing of people in structured and thorough
manner.
5th Definition:
The effective and efficient utilization of human resource in order to achieve predetermine goals.

Objectives of Human resource management:


Simply objectives mean goals, in business objectives mean pre-determined goals to which an
individual or group is directed. Human resource management is influenced by organizational,
social and individual goals.
