Bank, 1507 West Craig Road, North Las Vegas, Nevada, 89032.

‘These funds will remain at the bank for the purpose of complying with the Southern Nevada
Health District regulations for the estimated costs related to any closure proceedings of United
Recycling, LLC.
United Recycling, LLC will provide a copy of the quarterly bank statement for this account to
the Southern Nevada Health District, as required by the application requirements,United Recycling, LLC

Iam estimating that a closure amount should be no more than $ 6,000 based
on the following estimates:

Justification is that the facility will be handling recyclables only. Any
residual product that has not been sent for recycling will be minimal.
Will only need to cover expenses for remaining materials and most 3rd party
processors would pick up product for free. Residual waste can disposed of
with 1 transfer truck load.
Major expense would be for personnel to clean up the area.
