Surety Bond or Financial Assurance Financial Assurance United Recycling, LLC has set aside funds in the amount of $6,000 in an account at Wells Fargo Bank, 1507 West Craig Road, North Las Vegas, Nevada, 89032. ‘Account number is [EEE and is supervised by Blake Ross, Banking Manager, telephone number (702) 765-1726. ‘These funds will remain at the bank for the purpose of complying with the Southern Nevada Health District regulations for the estimated costs related to any closure proceedings of United Recycling, LLC. United Recycling, LLC will provide a copy of the quarterly bank statement for this account to the Southern Nevada Health District, as required by the application requirements, United Recycling, LLC Closure Bid Estimates Iam estimating that a closure amount should be no more than $ 6,000 based on the following estimates: 2 Materials Handlers @ $12 per hour X 5 days 960 Payroll taxes for Materials Handlers 144 Loader Operator @ $15 per hour X 3 days 360 Payroll taxes for Loader Operator 54 Bookkeeper/Facility Manager @$18 per hour X 10 days 1,440 Payroll taxes for Bookkeeper/Manager 216 Utilities (Electric/Phone/Water) X 10 days 1,200 Transfer truck haul 500 Closing Expenses (supplies, boxes, files, etc) 500 Total $5,374 Justification is that the facility will be handling recyclables only. Any residual product that has not been sent for recycling will be minimal. Will only need to cover expenses for remaining materials and most 3rd party processors would pick up product for free. Residual waste can disposed of with 1 transfer truck load. Major expense would be for personnel to clean up the area.
